Abstract

APARELHO PARA USO EM REAÇÕES CATALÍTICAS HETEROGÊNEAS E PROCESSO PARA A REALIZAÇÃO DE UMA REAÇÃO CATALÍCA HETEROGÊNEA Um aparelho para uso em reações catalíticas heterogêneas compreendendo um reator de coluna compreendendo uma série de bandejas montadas uma acima do outra, cada uma adaptada para conter um volume de líquido pré-determinado e uma carga de partículas de um catalisador sólido nela; meios para a introdução de um reagente de fase líquida acima da bandeja mais superior; meios para a introdução de um reagente de fase de vapor abaixo da bandeja mais inferior; meios para a remoção de uma corrente de pós-reação de fase de líquida de baixo da bandeja mais inferior; meios para a remoção de uma corrente de pós-reação de fase de vapor de cima da bandeja mais superior; meios de vapor ascendentes associados com cada bandeja adaptada para permitir que o vapor entre para a bandeja de baixo; fluxo inferior significa associado a cada bandeja adaptada para remover o líquido a partir da bandeja e do reator de coluna antes de ser introduzido no reator de coluna de uma bandeja inferior; meios para direcionar temporariamente o referido líquido removido a partir de uma bandeja para alimentar manualmente pelo menos uma bandeja inferior e ser reintroduzido no reator de coluna de uma bandeja situada abaixo da referida pelo menos uma bandeja alimentada manualmente; meios para a remoção do líquido e do catalisador a partir da referida pelo menos uma bandeja alimentada manualmente; e meios para a substituição de um líquido e inventário de catalisador sobre a referida pelo menos uma bandeja alimentada manualmente.
