Abstract

reator e método de purificação de uma solução de processo. a presente invenção está correlacionada a um método e um reator para purificação de matéria sólida de uma solução de processo (2) no leito fluidizado de um reator, no qual a solução de processo é alimentada para formar o leito fluidizado (4) numa seção de reação substancialmente cilíndrica (3), que é seção mais inferior do reator, de cujo leito o fluxo posteriormente se move para a seção de calmaria (5), a qual se expande conicamente para cima a partir da seção superior de uma seção do reator e, depois, para a seção de clarificação cilíndrica (6), que é conectada à seção superior do mesmo, onde o diâmetro da seção de clarificação é o mesmo que da seção superior da seção de calmaria, em que pelo menos uma parte da solução (2) que é alimentada dentro do reator (1) é circulada para o leito fluidizado mais de uma vez, e em que a quantidade de solução de circulação é controlada no leito fluidizado por meio de um dispositivo misturador (12) colocado no reator.
