Abstract
Предложен способ изготовления углеводородного масла, в котором можно задерживать мелкие частицы катализатора, образующиеся из катализатора для синтеза FT, от поступления в реакционную систему на стадии повышения качества синтетического масла FT. Данный способ изготовления углеводородного масла включает проведение синтеза Фишера-Тропша с использованием реактора с суспензионным слоем (С2), в котором находится жидкая углеводородная суспензия, содержащая суспендированный катализатор, в результате чего получается углеводородное масло, которое содержит мелкие частицы катализатора, образующиеся из катализатора; фракционирование углеводородного масла на дистиллированное масло и кубовую фракцию масла, содержащую мелкие частицы катализатора, с помощью ректификационной колонны (С4); поступление, по меньшей мере, некоторой части кубовой фракции масла в накопительный резервуар (Т2); осаждение мелких частиц катализатора на дне накопительного резервуара (Т2) и сбор осажденных частиц; поступление остатка кубовой фракции масла из ректификационной колонны (С4) в установку гидрокрекинга (С6) и/или поступление надосадочной кубовой фракции масла, из которой мелкие частицы катализатора были собраны посредством накопительного резервуара (Т2), из накопительного резервуара (Т2) в установку гидрокрекинга (С6); и гидрокрекинг остатка кубовой фракции масла и/или надосадочной кубовой фракции масла с помощью установки гидрокрекинга (С6).
