Abstract

본 발명은 합성가스로부터 탄화수소를 제조하기 위한 반응장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 합성가스를 이용하여 피셔-트롭쉬 촉매상에서 탄화수소, 올레핀, oxygenate 등을 제조하되, 외부로 배출되는 슬러리로부터 촉매입자를 용이하게 분리시킬 수 있도록 한 합성가스로부터 탄화수소를 제조하기 위한 반응장치에 관한 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 반응기 내부에 촉매의 뭉침 현상으로 커진 입자를 분리하기 위한 내부 필터 시스템을 설치하고, 외부에는 분리장치를 별도로 배치하여, 슬러리상에서 F-T합성을 하기에 적합한 크기의 입자들만을 재순환시킬 수 있고, 또한 슬러리상 반응기에서 미세한 촉매입자나 운전 중 발생한 깨진 촉매 등이 액상의 탄화수소, 생성수 등과 결합하여 뭉치게 된 촉매를 효과적으로 배출하고 처리시킬 수 있는 합성가스로부터 탄화수소를 제조하기 위한 반응장치를 제공하고자 한 것이다.
