Abstract
Потоки пара и жидкости одновременно движутся вниз сквозь вертикальный резервуар. Горизонтальная тарелка улавливания отложений и предварительного распределения расположена в указанном резервуаре с целью удаления твердых загрязнений и предварительного распределения жидкости на тарелку точного распределения. Тарелка улавливания отложений и предварительного распределения состоит из пластины, содержащей зону сбора отложений, где происходит осаждение и отложение твердых загрязнений. Согласно одному из вариантов осуществления зону сбора отложений образует вертикальная проницаемая стенка, при этом жидкость фильтруется при протекании сквозь проницаемую стенку, а твердые загрязнения задерживаются перед проницаемой стенкой. У тарелки предварительного распределения имеется край, оснащенный щелевым переливным барьером. Жидкость, поступающая из зоны сбора отложений, образует уровень жидкости в корыте, которое расположено между проницаемой стенкой и переливным барьером. Благодаря одинаковому уровню жидкости в корыте скорости течения жидкости через щели переливного барьера являются почти одинаковыми. В силу того, что тарелка имеет форму многоугольника, жидкость выходит из указанных щелей по направлению вдоль дорожек, образованных между распределительными ячейками на тарелке точного распределения, и поэтому количество жидкости, попадающей в отверстия для прохода пара распределительных ячеек, невелико. Паровая фаза обходит тарелку улавливания отложений и предварительного распределения, проходя через область между стенкой реактора и проницаемой стенкой, а также через область между стенкой реактора и переливным барьером к тарелке точного распределения. Тарелка улавливания отложений и предварительного распределения защищает тарелку точного распределения и слой катализатора от загрязнения, предварительно распределяет жидкость на тарелку точного распределения, чтобы минимизировать градиенты уровня на данной тарелке, и снижает скорости потока, чтобы обеспечить условия спокойного течения на тарелке точного распределения.
