Abstract
Обеспечивается многоуровневая система распыления для быстрого охлаждения отходящего газа реактора, содержащего акрилонитрил и аммиак. Система содержит, по меньшей мере, первую и вторую форсуночные стойки, причем каждая стойка проходит, по существу, по диаметру закалочной емкости. Первая форсуночная стойка расположена ниже и параллельно второй форсуночной стойке. Каждая стойка содержит распылители, которые проходят, по существу, перпендикулярно их соответствующей стойке, причем каждый распылитель имеет по меньшей мере два удлинителя, проходящих, по существу, перпендикулярно их соответствующей стойке. Каждый удлинитель содержит форсунку, сконструированную для распыления вниз струи в виде пустотелого конуса охлаждающей жидкости. Струи из первой и второй стоек вместе обеспечивают нисходящую стену направленной струи, которая покрывает большую площадь поверхности горизонтального сечения емкости ниже первой форсуночной стойки, чем площадь поверхности того же горизонтального сечения, покрываемую первой направленной струей отдельно.
