Abstract
dispositivo de moldagem rtm, método de moldagem rtm, e corpo semi-moldado. trata-se de um dispositivo de moldagem rtm e de um método de moldagem rtm que permitem a impregnação de resina de membros grandes uniformes e de membros espessos sem causar regiões não-impregnadas ou enrugamento de fibras, e um rendimento de um corpo moldado tendo uma dureza superior e uma excelente precisão. no dispositivo de moldagem rtm 100, uma camada de moldagem superficial 4, que é disposta entre um material de base reforçado com resina 11 e uma matriz de moldagem 1, tem uma pluralidade de furos atravessantes 7 formados nela, e tem uma rigidez suficiente na qual a espessura não se altera substancialmenle sob a pressão dentro da cavidade quando a parte interna da cavidade for colocada sob pressão reduzida, e uma porção de difusão de resina 5, que fica localizada no lado da camada de moldagem superficial 4 oposto ao material de base reforçado com resina 11, e compreende uma trajetória de fluxo de resina formada a fim de se conectar à pluralidade de furos atravessantes 7 da camada de moldagem superficial 4, são proporcionadas em pelo menos uma superfície do material de base reforçado com resina 11.
