Abstract

rolamento sinterizado impregnado de óleo baseado em cobre. a presente invenção refere-se a um rolamento sintetizado impregnado de óleo baseado em cu que pode ser usado em aplicações de alta carga tal como um sistema abs e um sistema de limpador de motor de automóvel, pode ser fabricado a baixo custo, e é excelente em resistência à abrasão e resistência ao emperramento. o rolamento contém 5 a 40% em massa de ni, 3 a 15% em massa de sn, 0,5 a 4,0% em massa de p, ou ainda 0,3 a 5,0% em massa de um lubrificante sólido, e o restante compreendendo cu e impurezas inevitáveis, e tem uma estrutura metálica em que uma fase principalmente composta de ni e p é dispersa em uma matriz, e tem 5 a 25% de porosidade.
