processo para a detecção eletroquímica de reações de ligação. a presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a realização de formatos de imunoensaios homogêneos com detecção eletroquímica altamente sensível em solução, caracterizado pelo fato de que dois diferentes conjugados como reagentes são combinados com a amostra ou com uma mistura de tampão-amostra, sendo que o primeiro conjugado compreende um marcador redox e uma molécula de analito e o segundo conjugado compreende um anticorpo antimarcador redox ou um fragmento deste que liga especificamente e uma molécula que liga especificamente o analito. o processo é adequado para imunoensaios livres de lavagem e separação no diagnóstico, especialmente para imunoensaios automatizados e microfluídicos. o processo também é adequado para sistemas de imunoensaios automatizados e microfluídicos. o processo também é adequado para sistemas de imunoensaios econômicos e tiras de teste para uso descartável.
