Abstract

dispositivo de gerenciamento de operação, método de gerenciamento de operação, e programa de gerenciamento de operação para soldagem por resistência com alta-frequência e soldagem por indução. a presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo de gerenciamento de operação para soldagem por resistência elétrica, no qual uma placa metálica comformada em tira é formada para ter uma forma cilíndrica de tal maneira que ambas as porções extremas da placa metálica gradualmente faceiam uma à outra enquanto a placa metálica é transportada e uma seção de convergência v que é uma porção na qual ambas as porções extremas se encontram de topo uma contra outra enquanto faceiam uma à outra, são soldadas. além disto, o dispositivo de gerenciamento de operação inclui uma unidade de medição que mede uma distãncia l (mm) entre um primeiro ponto de de convergência v no qual ambas as porções extremas da placa metálica geometricamente entram em contato uma com a outra e um segundo ponto de convergência v que é um ponto de contato de ambas as porções extremas da placa metálica, e um ângulo <sym> (<198>) de convergência v no primeiro ponto de convergência v com base em uma imagem de uma área que inclui a seção de convergência v; e uma unidade de determinação que determina se ou não a distância l (mm) e o ângulo <sym> (<198>) de convergência v satisfazem à seguinte equação (1) l ~min~(<sym>/<sym> ~st~) ^-0,15^<243>l<243>35<sym>(1)
