Abstract

métodos para a preparação de melanócitos a partir de células tronco humanas pluripotentes. a invenção refere-se a um método ex vivo para obtenção de uma população de melanócitos humanos derivados de células tronco pluripotentes humanas compreendendo a etapa que consiste no cocultivo de células tronco pluripotentes humanas com células que suportam a diferenciação ectodérmica na presença de um agente que estimula a indução epidérmica e de um agente que estimula a diferenciação terminal de queratinócitos. a invenção também se refere aos melanócitos humanos obteníveis pelo dito método e seus usos em terapia celular e em ensaios de varredura.
