método para prolongar a duração de trabalho de um pneu para uma motocicleta fora de estrada, roda para uma motocicleta fora de estrada, e, montagem de pneu para rodas de motocicleta fora de estrada. uma montagem de pneu para rodas de motocicleta fora de estrada compreende um pneu incluindo uma estrutura de carcaça (3) e uma banda de rodagem (18) incluindo uma pluralidade de blocos (20) circunferencialmente afastados entre si por sulcos transversais e aplicados em posição radialmente externa relativa à estrutura de carcaça, a unidade compreendendo ainda uma espuma ou mousse (103) disposta em uma posição radialmente interna relativa ao pneu, uma camada polimérica termicamente isolante e termoestável (102), tendo uma extensão axial igual a pelo menos 60% da extensão da parte de abaulamento da banda de rodagem, a camada polimérica termicamente isolante sendo circunferencialmente disposta em cada um dos lados do plano equatorial do pneu e interposta entre o pneu e a espuma (103).
