Abstract
"processo para a partida de um processo de separação para a remoção purificadora de cristais de ácido acrílico de uma suspensão" um processo para a realização de um processo de separação para a remoção purificadora de cristais de ácido acrílico de uma suspensão s de seus cristais em licor-mãe com uma coluna de lavagem hidráulica que apresenta um circuito de fusão de cristais incluindo espaço de fusão de cristais e também um espaço de processo e um espaço distribuidor que são separados por um piso com passagens conectando os dois espaços, sendo que o leito de cristais é formado pela primeira vez enchendo-se primeiramente o circuito de fusão de cristais e, pelo menos parcialmente, o espaço de processo com um líquido de partida compreendendo ácido acrílico cuja temperatura de formação de cristais de ácido acrílico é inferior ou igual à temperatura da suspensão s aumentada em 15ºc,e, depois, continuando-se a encher a coluna de lavagem com a suspensão s e, opcionalmente, com licor de controle até que a diferença entre a pressão no espaço de fusão de cristais e a pressão no espaço distribuidor caia subitamente, sendo que a média aritmética do fluxo total de licor residual que flui através dos filtros dos tubos de filtração da coluna de lavagem até este momento, com base na área de todos os filtros, não é maior do que 80 m³/m².h).
