Abstract

"DERIVADOS DE áCIDOS INDENONCARBOXìLICOS E SUA APLICAçãO PARA O TRATAMENTO DE E PREVENçãO DE DIABETES E DISLIPIDEMIA". A presente invenção refere-se a um composto da fórmula (I): na qual: n é um número inteiro escolhido entre 1, 2 e 3; Y representa 0; N-OR¬ 9¬, no qual R¬ 9¬ representa H ou um grupo alifático à base de hidrocarboneto saturado; CR¬ 10¬R¬ 11¬, no qual R¬ 10¬ e R¬ 11¬, os quais podem ser idênticos ou diferentes, representam H ou um grupo alifático à base de hidrocarboneto saturado; R¬ 1¬ e R¬ 2¬, os quais podem ser idênticos ou diferentes, representam H ou uma cadeia à base de hidrocarboneto alifático saturado; ou alternativamente R¬ 1¬ e R¬ 2¬ formam juntos uma cadeia opcionalmente substituída à base de hidrocarboneto alifático saturado; os radicais R¬ 3¬ E R¬ 4¬, os quais podem ser idênticos ou diferentes, tomam qualquer um dos significados dados acima para R¬ 1¬e R¬ 2¬, ou alternativamente R¬ 1¬ e o grupo R¬ 4¬ carregado pelo carbono alfa a CR¬ 1¬R¬ 2¬ representam nada e uma ligação dupla liga o carbono de CR¬ 1¬R¬ 2¬ ao carbono de alfa CR¬ 3¬R¬ 4¬; ou alternativamente um dos radicais R¬ 1¬ e R¬ 2¬ forma com um dos radicais R¬ 3¬ e R¬ 4¬ uma cadeia à base de hidrocarboneto alifático saturado ou insaturado opcionalmente substituído; um dos radicais R¬ 5¬ e R¬ 6¬ representa W, e o outro representa Z o qual é escolhido entre um radical à base de hidrocarboneto alifático saturado ou insaturado; um radical carbocíclico ou heterocíclico saturado, insaturado e/ou aromático opcionalmente substituído; um radical -alk-Cy, no qual aik representa uma cadeia de alquileno e Cy representa um radical heterocíclico ou carbocíclico saturado, insaturado e/ou aromático opcionalmente substituído; W representa -XL-CO~ 2~R¬ 7¬; -X-L-Tet, no qual X e L são conforme definido abaixo e Tet representa tetrazol opcionalmente substituído; no qual L representa uma cadeia à base de hidrocarboneto alifático saturado ou insaturado, a qual é opcionalmente substituída e/ou opcionalmente interrompida por arileno opcionalmente substituído; X representa 0; NR¬ 8¬, no qual R¬ 8¬ representa H; um grupo à base de hidrocarboneto alifático saturado; um grupo -CO-R<39> ou -SO~ 2~-R<39>, no qual R<39> toma qualquer um dos significados dados abaixo para R¬ 7¬ com a exceção de H; ou R¬ 8¬ representa um grupo carbocíclico aromático opcionalmente substituído; ou X representa S(O)~ m~, no qual m é escolhido entre 0, 1 e 2; R¬ 7¬ representa H; um grupo à base de hidrocarboneto alifático saturado ou insaturado; um grupo carbocíclico, saturado, insaturado e/ou aromático opcionalmente substituído; um grupo heterocíclico saturado, insaturado e/ou aromático, opcionalmente substituído; e os derivados, sais, solvatos e estereoisómeros dos mesmos farmaceuticamente aceitáveis, e também misturas dos mesmos em todas as proporções, o qual pode ser usado no tratamento de dislipidemia, aterosclerose e diabetes.
