Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA CONTROLE DO ACIONAMENTO DE UM DISPOSITIVO DE AQUECIMENTO PARA REGENERAçãO DE UM FILTRO DE PARTìCULAS ACOPLADO NO SISTEMA DE DESCARGA DE UMA MáQUINA DE COMBUSTãO INTERNA". Descreve-se um processo para controle de um dispositivo de aquecimento de um filtro de partículas, de acordo com o qual, a contrapressão dos gases de descarga gerada pelo filtro de partículas é detectada como um parâmetro para a concentração real de fuligem no filtro de partículas, o sinal de contrapressão dos gases de descarga Sist é comparado a um valor limite Sw representando uma concentração de fuligem, que seja suficiente para iniciar a regeneração do filtro de partículas, e o dispositivo de aquecimento é, ou pode ser, ativado, quando o sinal de contrapressão dos gases de descarga Sist detectado exceder o valor limite Sw. De modo alternativo, a temperatura dos gases de descarga, fluindo de encontro ao filtro de partículas, é repetidamente detectada dentro de um determinado período operacional e é avaliada com relação a um parâmetro de concentração do filtro de partículas associado ao dito período operacional, de acordo com a rpm efetiva da máquina de combustão interna, os resultados da avaliação são somados, a soma é comparada a um valor limite predefinido representando a concentração do filtro de partículas, que é adequado à regeneração, e o dispositivo de aquecimento é isolado, a fim de iniciar o processo de regeneração, quando o valor limite for excedido.
