"PROCESSO PARA A FABRICAçãO DE UMA PEçA E PEçA". A presente invenção trata de um produto para fabricar uma chapa de aço que resiste à abrasão de composição química: 0,35% < C < 0,8%; 0% < Si < 2%; 0% < AI < 2%; 0,35% < Si + AI < 2%; 0% < Mn < 2,5%, 0% < Ni < 5%; 0% < Cr < 5%; 0% < Mo < 0,050%; 0% < W < 1%; 0,1% < Mo + W/2 < 0,5%; 0% < B < 0,02%; 0% <Ti <2%; 0% < Zr < 4%; 0,05% < Ti + Zr/2 < 2%; 0% < S < 0,15%; N < 0,03%, eventualmente de 0% a 1,5% de Cu; eventualmente Nb, Ta ou V com Nb/2 + Ta/4 + V < 0,5%; eventualmente menos de 0,1% de Se, Te, Ca, Bi ou Pb; sendo que o resto é ferro e impurezas; a composição corresponde a: 0,1 % < C* = C - Ti/4 - Zr/8 + 7 x N/8 < 0,55% e 1,05 x Mn + 0,54 x Ni + 0,50 x Cr + 0,3 x (Mo + W/2)112 + K > 1,8, com K = 0,5 se B > 0,0005% e K = 0 se B < 0,0005% e Ti + Zn/2 - 7 x N/2 > 0,05%. Tempera-se após austenitização a uma velocidade > 0,51,C/s entre uma temperatura > AC~ 3~ e compreendida entre T = 800 - 270xC* - 90xMn - 37xNi 70xCr - 83x(Mo + W/2), e T-50<198>C; e a uma velocidade no núcleo Vr < 1150xep¬ -1,7¬ entre T e 100<198>C, ep = espessura da chapa em mm; resfria-se até a temperatura ambiente. A presente invenção trata também da chapa obtida.
