Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA A FABRICAçãO DE UMA PEçA E PEçA" A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para fabricar uma chapa de aço que resiste à abrasão cuja composição química compreende em peso:0,24%<C< 0,35%;0%<243> Si<243> 2%;0%<243>AI<243>2%;0,5%<243> Si +AI <243>2%; 0%<243>Mn<2,5%,0%<Ni <5%;0%<Cr<5%;0%<Mo<1%;0 %<W<2%;0,1%<Mo+W/2<1%; 0%<243>B<243>0,02%;O%<243>Ti<1,1%;0 %<243>Zr<243>2,20 %; 0,35 %<243> Ti + Zr/2 < 2<243>1,1 % %; 0 %<243>S<243>0,15 %; N < 0,03 %, eventualmente de 0 % a 1,5 % de Cu; eventualmente pelo menos um elemento escolhido entre Nb, Ta ou V em teores tais que Nb/2 + Ta/4 + V < 0,5 %; eventualmente pelo menos um elemento escolhido entre Se, Te, Ca, Bi ou Pb em teores inferiores ou iguais a 0,1 %; sendo que o resto é ferro o impurezas que resultam da elaboração, e a composição corresponde ainda às seguintes relações: 0,095 % < C* = C - Ti/4 - Zr/8 + 7 x N/8 e 1,05 x Mn + 0,54 x Ni + 0,50 x Cr + 0,3 x (Mo + W/2)¬ 1/2¬ + K > 1,8, com K = 0,5 se B > 0,0005 % e K = 0 se B < 0,0005 %. Submete-se a chapa a uma têmpera, na temperatura de laminação ou após austenitização em um forno. Resfria-se a chapa a uma velocidade de resfriamento superior a 0,50C/s entre uma temperatura superior a AC~ 3~ e uma temperatura compreendida entre T = 800 - 270xC* - 90xMn- 37xNi - 70xCr - 83x(Mo + W/2), e T-50<198>C, e resfria-se a chapa a uma velocidade de resfriamento no núcleo Vr < 1150xep¬ -1,7¬ entre a temperatura Te 100<198>C, ep = espessura da chapa em mm; resfria-se até a temperatura ambiente e efetua-se eventualmente um apiainamento. A presente invenção trata também da chapa obtida.
