本发明涉及一种无火花铁合金,其各组成按重量百分比分别为:0.015-0.22%的碳,0.08-1.2%的硅,5-10%的锰,小于0.15%的磷,0.03-0.05%的硫,0.001-0.003%的碲,0.003-0.005%的铋,0.12-0.15%的钨,0.003-0.005%的硼,5-8%的镍,10-12%的铬,0.15-0.35%的氮,其余为铁及不可避免的杂质。

一种无火花铁合金
技术领域
本发明属于功能性铁合金领域,特别是涉及一种具有无火花的防爆铁合金材料。
背景技术
现无火花的防爆金属主要是铜合金材料,但铜合金有明显的缺陷就是硬度不足,比重大,无法应用于大型设备或需要高压的设备,并且铜的成本较高。因此寻找到一种能够替代铜合金的廉价金属材料是本领域的重要课题。
现工业领域中,以铁合金为最廉价的一种金属合金,但铁合金因铁原子的活泼性当有撞击或摩擦时会产生电子转移,而产生火花现象。提高铁合金铁硬度或耐磨性能有一定的减少火花现象,因此一般以加入铬或低于13%的锰来实现铁合金的硬度或耐磨性,但是这两种金属的电阻率高,对降低摩擦时出现的火花的作用有限。而镍具有电阻率低,并具有一定磁性特点,能够有效消除摩擦或撞击时的电子转移。因此有技术提到以上述合金为主再添加其它辅助元素以实现无火花铁合金以替代铜合金技术。
发明内容
本发明的目的是通过本技术方案的改进,实现在合金中减少撞击或摩擦时火花的产生,并且比重低于铜合金的同时成本低于铜合金。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种无火花铁合金,其各组成按重量百分比分别为:0.015-0.22%的碳,0.08-1.2%的硅,5-10%的锰,小于0.15%的磷,0.03-0.05%的硫,0.001-0.003%的碲,0.003-0.005%的铋,0.12-0.15%的钨,0.003-0.005%的硼,5-8%的镍,10-12%的铬,0.15-0.35%的氮,其余为铁及不可避免的杂质。
其中,所述锰和氮的重量比为30∶1-50∶1。
所述的镍和铬的重量比为1∶1-1∶2。
本发明同现有技术相比的有益效果是:
本发明在使用镍,铬的量低于现有技术,但在耐摩及强度方面同现有技术相当,但成本低5-10%。

一种无火花铁合金,其各组成按重量百分比分别为:0.015-0.22%的碳,0.08-1.2%的硅,5-10%的锰,小于0.15%的磷,0.03-0.05%的硫,0.001-0.003%的碲,0.003-0.005%的铋,0.12-0.15%的钨,0.003-0.005%的硼,5-8%的镍,10-12%的铬,0.15-0.35%的氮,其余为铁及不可避免的杂质;其中所述锰和氮的重量比为30∶1-50∶1;所述的镍和铬的重量比为1∶1-1∶2。
实施例1
一种无火花铁合金,其各组成按重量百分比分别为:0.015%的碳,0.08%的硅,6%的锰,小于0.15%的磷,0.03%的硫,0.001%的碲,0.003%的铋,0.12%的钨,0.003%的硼,5%的镍,10%的铬,0.15%的氮,其余为铁及不可避免的杂质。
实施例2
一种无火花铁合金,其各组成按重量百分比分别为:0.22%的碳,1.2%的硅,10%的锰,小于0.15%的磷,0.05%的硫,0.003%的碲,0.005%的铋,0.15%的钨,0.005%的硼,8%的镍,12%的铬,0.33%的氮,其余为铁及不可避免的杂质。
实施例3
一种无火花铁合金,其各组成按重量百分比分别为:0.13%的碳,0.5%的硅,8%的锰,小于0.15%的磷,0.04%的硫,0.0015%的碲,0.0035%的铋,0.14%的钨,0.0042%的硼,7%的镍,11%的铬,0.25%的氮,其余为铁及不可避免的杂质。

1.一种无火花铁合金,其特征在于:其各组成按重量百分比分别为:0.015-0.22%的碳,0.08-1.2%的硅,5-10%的锰,小于0.15%的磷,0.03-0.05%的硫,0.001-0.003%的碲,0.003-0.005%的铋,0.12-0.15%的钨,0.003-0.005%的硼,5-8%的镍,10-12%的铬,0.15-0.35%的氮,其余为铁及不可避免的杂质。
