Abstract

Se proveen: un material de alambre de acero de alta resistencia que exhibe excelentes propiedades de estiramiento en frio y una resistencia alta preescrita; un alambre de acero de alta resistencia producido a partir de este material de alambre de acero de alta resistencia; y un alambre de acero de alta resistencia recubierto con zinc. Este material de alambre de acero de alta resistencia es caracterizado por incluir respectivamente 0.80-1.3% de C, 0.1-1.5% de Si, 0.1-1.5% de Mn, más de 0% pero no más de 0.03% de P, más de 0% pero no más de 0.03% de S, 0.02-0.2% de Ti, 0.01-0.10% de Al y 0.001-0.006% de N, comprendiendo el resto hierro e impurezas inevitables. El material de alambre de acero de alta resistencia es caracterizado adicionalmente porque la relación en la fórmula (1), a saber 0.05% = [Ti*] = (0.0023 [C]) (con la advertencia de que [Ti*] = (la cantidad total de Ti - la cantidad total de Ti en compuestos que tiene un tamaño de al menos 0.1 µm) y [C] representa el contenido de carbono (en porcentaje en masa)), es satisfecha.
