Abstract
"MéTODO E APARELHO PARA FUNDIR EM MOLDE UM BLOCO EM V PARA UM MOTOR DE COMBUSTãO INTERNA". A presente invenção refere-se a uma matriz 20 para fundir em molde um bloco em V para um motor de combustão interna que pode ser operada por uma ampla faixa de máquinas de fundição em molde, incluindo estas com capacidade inadequada para operar as matrizes normalmente pesadas para grandes peças de molde de fundição. Tal matriz 20 inclui, em adição à um elemento da matriz estacionário 21 para o prato de prensa estacionário de uma máquina de fundição em molde, somente um único elemento da matriz que pode ser movido 22 portado pelas barras de ligação 13, o dito único elemento da matriz que pode ser movido 22 portando as corrediças de formação de cavidade 25, as peças do núcleo da matriz de formação de cilindro 23 e o dispositivo 30 para travar as peças do núcleo da matriz 23 em suas posições estendidas de formação de cilindro por meio do que o elemento da matriz estacionário 21, as corrediças de formação de cavidade 25 e as peças do núcleo da matriz de formação de cilindro 23 formam uma cavidade da matriz.
