Abstract

"SISTEMA DE GERENCIAMENTO DE INVENTáRIO DE PEçAS". A presente invenção refere-se à distribuição de peças (peças A e peças B), incluindo a expedição por um fornecedor de peças e a liberação para o solicitante de peças a serem usadas na fabricação de produtos, é dividida em estágios em uma seq³ência de tempo (sob transporte ou em um local que inclui o estacionamento, o armazém, a instalação de armazenagem temporária, a linha lateral, etc.) e cada estágio é inserido com informações de quantidade de entrada e de saída do solicitante de peças a fim de computar a quantidade de inventário a partir de uma diferença entre as mesmas. As informações sobre a quantidade de inventário computada são enviadas através de computadores terminais para um computador principal de tal modo a consolidar as informações enviadas a serem centralizadas e gerenciadas de uma forma global. Ademais, entre as quantidades de inventário em estágios divididos, a quantidade de inventário computada com base nas informações de quantidade de entrada e saída do solicitante de peças é reconhecida como a quantidade de inventário real. Com isto, torna-se possível prover um sistema de gerenciamento de inventário de peças que gerencia a quantidade de inventário em uma seq³ência de tempo e pode realizar apropriadamente um gerenciamento de inventário independentemente das diferenças nas rotas de distribuição de peças.
