Abstract
"MéTODO DE PRODUçãO DE CORPO MODELADO DE ZEóLITO E MéTODO DE PRODUçãO DE COMPóSITO EM CAMADAS DE ZEóLITO". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para produzir uma moldagem de zeólito caracterizado pelo fato de que o processo compreende adicionar uma solução de hidróxido de tetrapropilamónio (TPAOH) e brometo de tetrapropilamónio (TPABr) à solução de sílica, para desse modo obter uma preparação líquida, aquecendo a preparação líquida em um vaso selado sob tais condições que cristalização e/ou precipitação não ocorram na preparação líquida, secando a preparação líquida após tratamento térmico, moldando o gel seco desse modo obtido e realizando a cristalização do gel seco moldado em vapor. Este processo possibilita produzir eficientemente uma moldagem de zeólito sobre a qual uma película de zeólito pode ser formada e mantida sem fissuramento e que quando empregada como uma película de separação de gás tal como película de peneira molecular ou uma película de pervaporação, satisfaz ambos os requisitos para decréscimo da perda de pressão e manutenção e melhora de resistência mecânica.
