Um processo para a produção de sorvete tipo feito em casa em embalagens vedadas, compreende as seguintes etapas: aquecer uma mistura para a produção de sorvete tipo feito em casa até a temperatura de pasteurização; simultaneamente resfriar e bater a mistura pasteurizada; alimentar diretamente a mistura batida para uma máquina de embalagem em batelada.
