Abstract

"ARTIGO MOLDADO COM áREAS SUPERFICIAIS DESCONTìNUAS DE TECIDO E PROCESSO PARA SUA PRODUçãO". A presente invenção prove assim uma peça de plástico laminado/tecido (1) e um novo processo onde o tecido (10) que provê a superfície é pré-laminado com a camada suporte e fornecido a um processo de moldagem onde um componente de substrato plástico (20) é moldado. A peça de superfície de tecido (10) é localizada precisamente e firmemente ligada por seleção de um material plástico da camada suporte tendo suficiente resistência térmica e/ou espessura para resistir suficientemente a amolecimento e esticamento fundido durante o processo de moldagem. Este processo e artigo plástico laminado de tecido são especialmente adequados para preparar artigos, de parede fina, que necessitem ter áreas de superfície de tecido macias, localizadas precisamente, correspondendo a descontinuidades, vazios ou aberturas no artigo plástico moldado por baixo.
