Abstract

"SISTEMA E MéTODO PARA MANUFATURAMENTO DE RECIPIENTES, EM PARTICULAR PARA PRESERVAçãO DE PRODUTOS ALIMENTìCIOS". Um sistema (1) para manufatura de recipientes (5) é designado ao redor de uma estrutura de suporte (2) com o qual todas as estações (7, 18, 19, 21, 24, 25) e os dispositivos (14, 15, 16, 17, 20, 22, 26) necessários para produzir os recipientes são associados. O sistema (1) é equipado com uma estação de alimentação (7) que supre um material de formação (9), uma estação de classificação (18) pela qual linhas de prega são geradas, e uma estação de corte (19), que se combinam para preparar uma sucessão de peças brutas (4). O sistema (1) também inclui uma estação de pré-dobramento (21) onde cada peça bruta (4) é encurvada inicialmente ao longo das linhas de prega (4a), uma estação de dobramento (24) onde a peça bruta simples (4) é conformada à forma do recipiente (5), e uma estação de vedação e soldagem (26) na qual a forma do recipiente (5) é fixada definitivamente.
