Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de conditionnement de produits périssables (2) présentant une température de conservation, ô l'aide d'un emballage thermoscellable (1) présentant deux bords transversaux (11, 12) et deux bords longitudinaux (9).Selon l'invention, il comporte les étapes suivantes :• réaliser un emballage thermoscellable comportant une poche centrale (5) accolée avec au moins une poche latérale (6), les poches (5, 6) étant fermées sur trois de leurs côtés,• placer, dans chaque poches latérale (6), un moyen (8) pour maintenir le produit périssable (2) ô sa température de conservation,• placer le produit périssable (2) ô l'intérieur de la poche centrale (5),• et réaliser une soudure selon le quatrième côté des poches (5, 6) de manière ô fermer simultanément les poches (5, 6) en vue de constituer un emballage étanche avec une poche centrale (5) étanche avec chaque poche latérale.
