Abstract

"PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA RETIFICAR UM CILINDRO ROTATIVO COM UM APOIO ELáSTICO DE LUNETA". Propõe-se um dispositivo para retificar cilindros (6), que também podem ser projetados ocos. Já que os cilindros, devido ao contato do disco de retífica (13), tendem a vibrar transversalmente, então, no lado do cilindro oposto ao disco de retífica (13) é colocado um corpo acolchoado (15), o qual é encaixado pneumaticamente no cilindro (6) e se adapta parcialmente ao perfil do cilindro. O corpo acolchoado é constituído de um material maciço elástico ou de uma película externa elástica cheia de um agente de pressão elástico. A força de encaixe do acolchoado é ajustável. Para isso, sobre uma base (16) encontra-se um cilindro de impulsão (17) com um êmbolo (18) que pode ser impelido pelos dois lados e que em sua haste de êmbolo (19) carrega uma placa de fixação (20) com o acolchoado flexível (15). O cilindro de impulsão (17) está conectado a dutos de ar comprimido (21, 22), sendo que P indica o duto de alimentação com um regulador de pressão e L indica o duto de retomo no caso normal. Desse modo, forma-se um dispositivo (14) para o amortecimento de vibrações, que elimina a assim chamada trepidação regenerativa e garante um padrão de retífica sem marcas de trepidação.
