Abstract

"DIAMINOTIAZóIS úTEIS COMO INIBIDORES SELETIVOS DE CDK4". A presente invenção refere-se a novos diaminotiazóis de fórmula Estes compostos inibem a cinase dependente de ciclina 4 (Cdk4) e são seletivos para Cdk2 e Cdk1. Estes comopstos e seus sais e ésteres farmaceuticamente aceitáveis têm atividade antiproliferativa e são úteis no tratamento ou controle de câncer, em particular tumores sólidos. Esta invenção também se refere a composições farmacêuticas contendo tais compostos e ao seu uso para a preparação de medicamentos para o tratamento e controle de câncer, mais particularmente o tratamento e controle de tumores de mama, pulmão e cólon e próstata.
