Abstract
"MéTODO E MáQUINA PARA A PRODUçãO DE ARTIGOS DE VIDRO OCOS". A invenção refere-se a um método e a uma máquina para a produção de artigo de vidro oco, tal como garrafas, jarros, vidros, copos e outros itens de vidro, por meio dos processos seguintes: sopro-sopro, prensagem-sopro, prensagem-sopro com molde de pasta ou prensagem direta, nas máquinas de formação de artigos de vidro compreendendo seções múltiplas. o método inventivo compreende as seguintes etapas: uma primeira pré forma ou forma preliminar é formada em uma orientação invertida em um molde de forma preliminar e um primeiro molde de coroa transferível que é suportado por um aparelho de inversão compreendendo um primeiro braço e um segundo braço diametralmente oposto que pode ser rodado por 180<198> em uma maneira indexada, cada um dos ditos braços suportando um molde de coroa; a forma preliminar suportada pelo primeiro molde de coroa é invertida rodando o primeiro braço por 180<198> em uma orientação vertical para uma estação intermediária, por meio disso possibilitando que a forma preliminar seja reaquecida e estirada na dita estação, enquanto o segundo braço com o segundo molde de coroa é simultaneamente posicionado em uma estação de formação de forma preliminar de modo a executar um outro ciclo de formação de forma preliminar; o primeiro molde de coroa suportando a primeira forma preliminar em uma orientação vertical é transferido ao longo de uma trajetória semicircular da estação intermediária para uma estação de moldagem a sopro por meio de um aparelho de transferência longitudinal; a primeira forma preliminar é removida em um molde de sopro e o primeiro molde de coroa é retornado para o primeiro braço do aparelho de inversão na estação intermediária de modo a ser reposicionado na estação de formação de forma preliminar rodando o primeiro braço por 180<198> adicionais, dessa maneira completando uma rotação de 360<198>, enquanto o segundo braço alcança a estação intermediária de modo a executar um ciclo de transferência; a primeira forma preliminar é soprada em um molde de sopro de modo a formar um produto acabado; e o produto acabado em uma orientação vertical é transferido ao longo de uma trajetória semicircular, depois que o molde de sopro é aberto, por meio de um mecanismo para esvaziar, tal que o dito produto acabado é posicionado em uma placa fixa para resfriamento e transferido para uma correia transportadora.
