Abstract

Procedimiento para la fabricación de copas de vidrio, vasos y objetos similares de vidrio hueco (1) mediante conformación por soplado de una posta de vidrio masiva fundida, con los pasos: fabricación de piezas brutas de vidrio masivas en forma de semiproductos confeccionados (2) en una línea de fabricación propia separada, deposición y almacenamiento de los semiproductos (2), conducción de los semiproductos desde el almacenamiento hasta la línea de fabricación para la conformación de los objetos de vidrio hueco bajo precalentamiento de los semiproductos, puesta a disposición de los semiproductos (2) precalentados para un calentamiento adicional, caldeamiento del semiproducto (2) hasta la temperatura de soplado formando una posta de vidrio masiva deformable plásticamente, mediante un calentamiento adicional, soplado en molde de la posta de vidrio plasticada formando el objeto de vidrio hueco en un molde de soplado (10, 11) con apoyo del objeto de vidrio hueco soplado mediante un elevador desuelo (12), extracción del objeto de vidrio hueco (1) del molde de soplado (10, 11) y transferencia al proceso siguiente.
