Abstract
"MáQUINA DE RETENçãO DE ENERGIA DE IMPACTO DE FORJAMENTO DINâMICO". A invenção refere-se a uma máquina para produzir um corpo com forma desejada de um material trabalhável, por meio de forjamento dinâmico sob impacto, e, finalmente, com retenção de energia, enquanto a onda de choque diminui gradualmente, a dita máquina de impacto compreendendo um suporte de máquina, um sistema de impacto externo dinâmico (III) compreendendo uma unidade superior e uma unidade de impacto inferior (IX), que compreende um dispositivo de impacto de reação, e, possivelmente, uma ou mais unidades de impacto laterais dinâmicas, e um sistema de prensagem estático (II) compreendendo uma unidade superior (V) e uma unidade inferior (VI), possivelmente com uma ou mais unidades de compactação laterais estáticas, com uma unidade central entre elas. As unidades inferiores dos sistemas externo e interno podem ser trocadas por uma bigorna estacionária comum, para uma máquina de direção única, em vez de uma máquina de reação. A unidade central (VII) compreende, de preferência, um dispositivo de sacudimento e um ou mais transportadores ou a dita mesa da matriz de moldagem (23), cada um dos quais contendo e conduzindo uma ou uma pluralidade de unidades de ferramentas, cada uma das quais compreendendo uma matriz de moldagem (22) com uma cavidade de matriz de moldagem (33), para o material em trabalho (26) intencionado a ser produzido, os ditos transportadores incluindo pelo menos um transportador, que é estacionário durante as operações e que contém pelo menos uma dessas unidades de ferramentas, e que dispositivos de movimentação (21) são proporcionados para dividir o transportador ou transportadores para posicionar as unidades de ferramentas em diferentes estações funcionais (i - ii) , compreendendo uma estação de processamento (i) e pelo menos uma ou mais estações, que se propõe que seja(m) uma ou mais estações de serviço (ii), compreendendo uma etapa de troca de ferramenta, com o uso de, por exemplo, uma caixa de ferramentas, de diferentes ferramentas trocadas por um robó, para baixar o custo de produção.
