Abstract

"MéTODOS PARA A EXTRUSãO A FRIO DE ELEMENTOS METáLICOS COM ORIFìCIOS MORTOS OU ATRAVESSANTES E UNIDADE PARA EXECUTAR OS DITOS MéTODOS". Procedimentos de extrusão a frio para a obtenção de elementos de metal, tais como, por exemplo, mancais, porcas ou outros elementos com orifícios mortos ou atravessantes, parafusos, produtos extrusados ou estampados padrão ou de formato especial, etc., em um centro de torneamento compreendendo uma série de prensas hidráulicas conectadas entre si por meio de um sistema de movimentação automático. A perfuração ou corte/cisalhamento finais dos elementos é vantajosamente efetuado por uma unidade dedicada de perfuração ou corte, trabalhando em alta velocidade, a qual pode consistir de uma prensa mecânica vertical. O uso da unidade compreendendo várias prensas hidráulicas juntamente com a unidade de perfuração ou corte rápidos torna possível à obtenção de alto nível de produtividade.
