Abstract

"PROCESSO DE ISOLAMENTO DE PROTEìNAS DE LEITE A PARTIR DE LEITE E DE UM SORO DE LEITE, FRAçãO PROTéICA DE LEITE, ASSOCIAçãO, COMPOSIçãO ALIMENTìCIA, KITS ALIMENTìCIOS, UTILIZAçãO DE UMA FRAçãO PROTéICA DE LEITE, COMPOSIçãO FARMACêUTICA, E, PRODUTO DE HIGIENE". A invenção refere-se a um novo processo de isolamento de proteínas de leite partindo de leite ou de um soro de leite que envolve as etapas de passagem do leite ou do soro do leite sobre uma resina trocadora de cátions, eluição da fração retida por uma solução aquosa salgada e dessalificação e esterilização do eluído. Ela tem igualmente por objetivo uma fração protéica de leite obtida por este processo e sua utilização para a preparação de composições farmacêuticas ou alimentícias.
