Abstract

"MéTODO DE DETERMINAçãO DE PODER DE FILTRAGEM, MéTODO DE CODIFICAçãO DE IMAGEM MóVEL E MéTODO DE DECODIFICAçãO DE IMAGEM MóVEL". A presente invenção refere-se a um aparelho de codificação de imagem móvel que inclui (i) um filtro interpixel (114) que tem os seguintes filtros para filtrar os dados de imagem decodificados de modo a remover a distorção do bloco a qual é um ruído de alta freq³ência ao redor dos limites do bloco: um filtro A114a, um filtro B114b, um filtro C114c, um filtro D114d, cada um tendo um poder de filtragem diferente, e (ii) uma unidade de controle de processamento de filtro (110) para determinar um poder de filtragem do filtro interpixel (114).
