Abstract

"PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA A SEPARAçãO DE MANGUEIRAS". A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo para a separação de mangueiras (1), que são produzidas continuamente sobre uma fileira de mandris cilíndricos (2) acoplados continuamente um ao outro, na medida em que os mandris (2) são avançados em uma direção de transporte (X) e camadas de borracha e de suporte para estabilização são colocadas sobre os mandris (2), sendo que nos pontos de ligação (7) de mandris consecutivos (2) há uma diferença de material em relação ao material de mandril, possui - um dispositivo de medição (6) para detectar os pontos de ligação (7) dos mandris consecutivos (2); - um dispositivo (x) de separação (3), disposto em seguida ao dispositivo de medição (6), para a separação das mangueiras (1), sendo que o dispositivo de separação (3) é controlado pelo dispositivo de medição (6), para alinhar o dispositivo de separação (3) em relação aos pontos de ligação (7) e - sendo que o dispositivo de separação (3) tem uma cabeça de corte (4) que pode girar em torno do ponto de ligação (7) e, durante o processo de separação, o dispositivo de separação (3) pode avançar na direção de transporte (X) sincronicamente com os mandris (2).
