Abstract

"PRODUçãO DE HIDROGêNIO à BAIXA TEMPERATURA A PARTIR DE HIDROCARBONETOS OXIGENADOS". Método de produção de hidrogênio a partir de reagentes hidrocarbónicos, como metanol, glicerol, açúcares (por exemplo, glicose e xilose), ou álcoois de açúcar (por exemplo, sorbitol). O método é realizado na fase líquida condensada. Um reator (18) é disposto no interior de um forno (20). Reagentes líquidos são introduzidos no reator (18) por meio da bomba (16). Suprimento de nitrogênio (10) e suprimento de hidrogênio (12) são fornecidos para manter a pressão total do sistema e a pressão parcial do hidrogênio nas câmaras do sistema dentro e a jusante do reator (18). Controladores de fluxo de massa (14) são fornecidos para regular a introdução de nitrogênio e hidrogênio no sistema. Um trocador de calor (22) é fornecido para reduzir a temperatura dos produtos que saem do reator (8). Os produtos são então transferidos para um separador (24). Regulador de pressão (28) e regulador de contra-pressão (26) servem para monitorar e manter a pressão do sistema dentro do valor ou faixa de ajuste.
