Abstract

processamento de lignocelulose. um método de transformação de um material de lignocelulose compreende os passos de: a) combinando um material de lignocelulose com uma solução que contém peróxido de hidrogênio e um estabilizador de peróxido de hidrogênio para produzir uma mistura que é pelo menos 3% em massa de peróxido de hidrogênio, b) alimentar a referida mistura para a entrada de um reator contínuo concomitante com o fornecimento de um agente que facilita a rápida decomposição de peróxido de hidrogênio na solução proximal á entrada do reator de modo a provocar a decomposição explosiva exotérmica do peróxido de hidrogênio para oxigênio e água formando, assim, uma mistura de gases, de líquidos e sólidos e aumento da pressão e da temperatura no reator, pelo menos, 15 bar e 70<198> c, respectivamente, sem adição de calor a partir de uma fonte externa, c) sair da mistura de gás, água e sólidos formados no reator através de uma saída com uma variação de pressão, para um recipiente de destilação flash, em que a mistura é separada numa fase líquida contendo sólidos dissolvidos ou suspensos e uma fase gasosa substancialmente rica em oxigênio, e d) removendo continuamente a partir do recipiente de ação instantânea substancialmente um fluxo de gás rica em oxigênio e um fluxo líquido aquecido separado tendo nela suspensas ou dissolvidas quimicamente e fisicamente alterados componentes do material lignocelulósico, incluindo substancialmente um material celulósico com reduzida recalcitração em relação ao material de partida de lignocelulose.
