Abstract

"ELEMENTO PARA VERTER LìQUIDO FECHáVEL". A presente invenção refere-se a um elemento para verter líquidos fechável para ser aplicado em uma embalagem composta de várias camadas, especialmente uma embalagem de papelão/material sintético em forma de paralelepípedo, com um corpo de base (1) e um tubo de saída (3) unido a este inteiriçamente de modo articulado que ao mesmo tempo é executado como elemento de abertura para furar a parede da embalagem em uma zona de material delgado prevista para tal e uma embalagem prevista para tal. Para obter um elemento para verter líquidos que abre com segurança e pode ser novamente fechado, que oferece ao usuário sob todos os aspectos a maior comodidade de utilização possível, é previsto que o tubo de saída (3) é unido ao corpo de base (1) com uma membrana (4) perimetral flexível e em estado fechado é plano, dobrado, de modo que o tubo de saída (3) dobrado, plano fica apertado de modo vedante entre uma borda de aperto (8) e uma nervura de aperto (10) do corpo de base (1).
