Abstract

Se ilustra y describe un elemento de vertido recerrable para su aplicacion a un empaque mixto de capas multiples, especialmente un empaque mixto de carton/plastico rectangular, con un cuerpo de base (1) y un tubo de vertido (3) unido flexiblemente al cuerpo de base en una pieza, el cual al mismo tiempo esta construido como un elemento de apertura para perforar la pared de empaque del empaque en una zona de debilitamiento provista para el mismo, y un empaque provisto para el mismo. Para logra que una apertura y recierre confiables del elemento de vertido pueda obtenerse con una altura total pequena, la cual es lo mas adaptable al usuario posible para el consumidor en todos aspectos, se describe que el tubo de vertido (3) esta unido al cuerpo de base (1) por una membrana flexible circunferencial (4) y es doblado en forma plana en el estado cerrado para que el tubo de vertido doblado en forma plana (3) sea sujetado entre un borde de sujecion (8) y una pieza cruzada de sujecion (10) del cuerpo de base (1) en una forma sellada.
