Abstract

"MéTODO DE PRODUçãO, PARTìCULAS DE PIGMENTOS ORGâNICOS, COMPOSIçãO DE TINTA, COMPOSIçãO DE REVESTIMENTO E DISPOSITIVO". Método de produção de partículas de pigmentos orgânicos autodispersíveis estabilizadas através do método. O método inclui a modificação de partículas de pigmentos orgânicos e subseq³ente contato das partículas modificadas na superfície com vapor aquoso condensado em um gás veículo para produzir as partículas de pigmentos orgânicos estabilizadas. Tipicamente, as partículas de pigmento são modificadas através da exposição das suas superfícies ao ozónio ou um gás de processo ativado por plasma. O método estabilizador de superfície evita a violenta reação exotérmica que ocorre quando partículas de pigmento modificadoras de superfície são expostas a ar ambiente. O método é realizado em um dispositivo que inclui um reator, meios para introdução no reator de vapor aquoso condensado em um gás veículo e conjunto agitador para desaglomeração durante a modificação da superfície das partículas de pigmento colocadas no reator. As partículas estabilizadas de acordo com a presente invenção também são apropriadas para utilização em tintas para jato de tinta, composições de revestimento pigmentadas contendo água e contendo solvente e composições de revestimento pigmentadas em pó.
