Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE INTERMEDIáRIOS úTEIS NA SìNTESE DE DERIVADOS DE ESTATINA, ESPECIALMENTE DERIVADOS DO áCIDO 7-AMINO 3,5-DIHIDRóXI HEPTANóICO, E INTERMEDIáRIOS DOS MESMOS". A presente invenção refere-se a novos processos de síntese para a preparação de derivados de estatina, processos esses que se processam por via de um intermediário chave de fórmula I em que X é halogênio, acilóxi, hidrocarbilóxi ativado, hidrocarbiltio ativado ou -N(CH~ 3~)-OCH~ 3~, R~ a~ é um grupo de proteção hidróxi e R~ b~ é um grupo de proteção carbóxi, e, assim como para o composto de fórmula I, a novos intermediários e processos adicionais para sua preparação por acilação Friedel-Crafts.
