Abstract

"SARILHO PARA TIRAS FINAS COM CILINDRO PARA MEDIçãO DE LISURA". A presente invenção propõe um procedimento e um dispositivo para medir e influenciar a lisura da tira no poço de sarilho de uma instalação para a laminação a quente de tiras, sendo que o poço do sarilho apresenta, entre um propulsor e um sarilho, guias móveis e fixas para a tira, bem como um cilindro para a medição da lisura 13, e a tira laminada a quente 1 é conduzida, por meio de uma passagem em cilindro 2 e os rolos propulsores 3, 4 do propulsor, através do poço de sarilho de um sarilho com um mandril de sarilho 5, rolos pressores 6 e uma cinta de desvio 7, nos quais o cilindro para a medição da lisura 13 é movimentado a partir de uma posição de operação, na qual a tira laminada a quente é conduzida em torno do cilindro para medição de lisura 13, ao se manter aproximadamente constante o ângulo de contato <244>, para uma posição rebaixada, e sendo que uma guia giratória para a tira (14) está posicionada no poço do sarilho para proteger o cilindro para a medição de lisura 13.
