Abstract
Способ и устройство для измерения и воздействия на плоскостность ленты в шахте моталки установки для горячей прокатки ленты, причем шахта моталки содержит между тянущим устройством и моталкой подвижные и неподвижные направляющие ленты, а также ролик (13) для измерения плоскостности, и горячую ленту (1) подают с помощью рольганга (2) и тянущих роликов (3, 4) тянущего устройства через шахту моталки к моталке, которое содержит барабан (5), прижимные ролики (6) и конечные направляющие (7). Предложены способ и устройство, в котором подвижный ролик (13) для измерения плоскостности имеет рабочее положение, при котором горячая лента проходит вокруг ролика (13) для измерения плоскостности с сохранением приблизительно постоянного угла α охвата, и опущенное положение, при этом в шахте моталк�
