Abstract

"PROCESSO". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo de hidrocarbonilação contínuo para a produção de um aldeído por hidroformilação de uma olefina, que compreende: fornecer uma zona de hidroformilação contendo uma carga de um meio de reação líquido tendo dissolvido nisso um catalisador de hidroformilação de ródio compreendendo ródio em combinação com monóxido de carbono e um ligando; suprir a olefina para a zona de hidroformilação; manter as condições de pressão e temperatura na zona de hidroformilação conducente para hidroformilação da olefina; recuperar do meio de hidroformilação líquido um produto de hidroformilação compreendendo aldeído; recuperar da zona de hidroformilação uma corrente compreendendo o catalisador de ródio; contatar pelo menos uma porção da corrente com um absorvente acídico sólido sob condições de processo que permitem pelo menos algum do ródio tornar-se ligado ao absorvente; submeter o ródio ligado ao absorvente, sob condições de processo que permitem a dessorção do metal, a um meio de remoção de fluido compreendendo hidrogênio e solvente; recuperar o catalisador de hidreto de ródio; e reciclar o catalisador de hidreto de ródio para a zona de hidroformilação.
