Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA PREPARAR UMA FASE DE FOSFATO DE CáLCIO, FASE DE FOSFATO DE CáLCIO SUBSTRATO DE FASE DE FOSFATO DE CáLCIO, E, MICROESFERA". Esta invenção refere-se a novo processo, em temperatura ambiente, para obter revestimentos e microesferas de fosfato de cálcio, em particular hidroxiapatita, que encapsulam drogas, proteínas, genes e DNA para uso terapêutico. Os revestimentos e microesferas são projetados para realizar uma função biológica definida, relacionada com a distribuição da droga, tal como terapia genética, através do suprimento de genes. é descrito um novo método para encapsulação e subseq³ente liberação controlada de agentes terapeuticamente ativos, por tais revestimentos e microesferas biofuncionais. Tais revestimentos e microesferas são úteis para liberação e suprimento controlados, alvejados, de longo-termo e livres de efeitos colaterais de drogas, proteínas, DNA e outros agentes terapêuticos.
