Abstract
"MéTODOS DE PRODUçãO DE UM óXIDO DE METAL NIóBIO". Métodos para reduzir pelo menos parcialmente um óxido de nióbio são descritos onde o processo inclui o tratamento a quente de um óxido de nióbio na presença de um material absorvente e em uma atmosfera que permite a transferência dos átomos de oxigênio do óxido de nióbio para o material absorvente, e por um tempo e temperatura suficientes para formar um óxido de nióbio reduzido por oxigênio. Os óxidos de nióbio e/ou subóxidos são também descritos assim como os capacitores que contêm anodos feitos de óxidos de nióbio e subóxidos.
