Abstract

"óXIDO DE NIóBIO DE REDUZIDO TEOR DE OXIGêNIO". Métodos para reduzir pelo menos parcialmente de nióbio são aqui descritos onde o processo inclui o tratamento térmico do oxido de nióbio em presença de um material metálico absorvedor de gás e em uma atmosfera a qual permita a transferência dos átomos e oxigênio a partir do óxido de nióbio para o material metálico absorvedor de gás, e durante um período suficiente de tempo e a uma temperatura suficiente para formar um óxido de nióbio de reduzido teor de oxigênio.
