Claims (3)

  1. Al2O3: TiC : TiO2: WC가 20내지 80:30내지 10:1내지 30:1내지 10중량%로 이루어진 소결체 원료혼합물을 Ar가스분위기하에서 1600내지 1700℃의 낮은 온도에서 소결하고 HIP처리하여 Al2O3-TiCx(X=0.7내지 0.9)계가 치밀한 Al2O3-TiCx계 절삭공구 소결체의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 원료 혼합물에는 소결보조제로서 Y2O3와 MgO를 각각 0.1내지 5중량% 첨가하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 Al2O3-TiCx계 절삭공구 소결체의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 원료혼합물에는 제2광물의 생성역제제로서 ZnO2와 Mo2C를 각각 0.1내지 5중량% 첨가하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 Al2O3-TiCx계 절삭공구 소결체의 제조방법.
