Abstract

본 발명은 유리를 주원료로 사용하여 소결소성체를 얻는 것으로서, 특히 유리폐기재를 원료로 사용함으로써 유리폐기재의 유효한 활용을 도모하는 것이다.
본 발명에 관한 소결소성체는 유리를 주원료로 하여 이것과 밴토나이트를 혹은 카올린과 같은 요업용 점토를 첨가하여 수분조절하고, 혼련하여 성형한 후 소성함으로써 소결소성체로서 얻어진다.

Claims (5)

  1. 유리를 주원료로 하여, 여기에 요업용 점토를 첨가하여 수분조절하고, 혼련하여 조정형상으로 성형한 후, 소성하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리를 주원료로 하는 소결소성체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 유리를 재료로 하여 분체상으로 파쇄한 것을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리를 주원료로 하는 소결소성체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 유리를 재료로 하여 폐가유리를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리를 주원료로 하는 소결소성체.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 요업용 점토로서 벤토나이트를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리를 주원료로 하는 소결소성체.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 요업용 점토로서 카올린을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리를 주원료로 하는 소결소성체.
