Claims (3)

  1. 천연석, 세라믹컬러쇄석, 시멘트등을 혼합한 골재에 시멘트 혼화용 합성수지 에멀죤을 첨가혼합한 혼합재를 노슬럼프 모르타르층의 상면 또는 한면에 산포하여 가압성형후, 즉탈형(卽脫型)으로서 일체 성형함을 특징으로하는 노슬럼프 모르타르와 에멀죤 모르타르의 일체즉탈 성형방법.
  2. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 혼합재는 95중량%에서 85중량%범위의 천연석, 세라믹컬러쇄석과 15중량%에서 5중량%범위의 시멘트의 혼합골재와, 그 혼합골재에 대하여 10중량%에서 5중량%범위이고 점도가 20℃에 있어서 500°cps범위의 시멘트 혼화용 합성수지 에멀죤으로서 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 노슬럼프 모르타르와 에멀죤 모르타르의 일체즉탈 성형방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 천연석, 세라믹컬러쇄석은, 그 입도가 6㎜에서 4㎜의 범위의 것을 20%, 4㎜에서 1㎜의 범위의 것을 40%, 1㎜에서 0.5㎜의 범위의 것을 20%, 0.05㎜에서 0.1㎜의 범위인 것을 20%를 혼합한 것으로 부터 됨을 특징으로 하는 노슬럼프 모르타르와 에멀죤 모르타르의 일체즉탈 성형방법.
